Today, after describing G's latest developments and status, a discussion about developing the skill of noticing what your dog is trying to tell you.  It is the best way to shortcut problems and keep things very clear between you and your student.

In this episode, after a short G discussion, I break down a slightly different way to evaluate your work with your dog, and how to come up with some ideas to make it more consistent and effective.

After a brief update about G's progress, I talk about the need to prepare mentally for our dog events.  Even the simplest stakes require 100% of your  mental focus, and certainly the highest stakes are almost impossible without it.  It is always better to have developed some means to prepare yourself to be the best dog handler possible on game day..
